by Jelica Minic Introduction This paper covers the international and regional context of the Serbian-Albanian relations. Several additional areas of existing or potential cooperation were explored by the research team of the European Movement in Serbia in its additional policy briefs on the rule of law, transport, energy, labour market and youth.[1] The two countries cooperate in various formats – bilateral, regional, European and international, where each gives a special dimension to the advancement of their relations but can also cause specific challenges such as divergent alliances or competitive attitudes.
