ALBERT RAKIPI The Governments of Albania and Kosovo have signed eleven new bilateral agreements during the joint meeting held in Tirana on the 2nd of October 2020. The new agreements aim to strengthen economic cooperation in the infrastructure, health and culture sectors. The holding of such meetings, originally an idea proposed by the Albanian Prime-Minister in 2014 in an effort to better state relations, has become a yearly ritual.
