How has Albania fared in the past quarter century? Our op-ed pages attempt to provide some answers with contributions from Dr. Elez Biberaj, EU Ambassador Romana Vlahutin, U.S.Ambassador Donald Lu, OSCE Ambassador Florian Raunig and Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung’s Frank Hantke.

The Albanian Institute for International Studies with the support of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation and the U.S. Embassy in Tirana organized this week a symposium, “Albania 25 years after the fall of communism: Rebuilding the state and society.”
