Paintings, sculptures, installations, video-art, all of which focused on the everyday problems encountered by the society, are featured in the exhibition

TIRANA, Jan. 8 – “All above the sky.” This is how the exhibition presenting the works of a group of young artists, who after studying at home and abroad, have united through art to give their art and social message at the FAP gallery of the Academy of Arts in Tirana. The initiative of these young people for a joint exhibition marks the second edition of the event dedicated to the visual arts by young artists who have different experience. Paintings, sculptures, installations, video-art, all of which focused on the everyday problems encountered by the society, are featured in the exhibition. The magic of painting, sculpture, video artists, comes packed with impressive events that catches their world, who confess their first steps in spicy details from real life. But, in addition to art, what brings together the twenty-two young artists, are also the issues they face. The artists say that in this exhibition they express an internal concern over Albania’s social aspect. “The reality that we face every day in our society. Lack of support, restrictions in art expression, traffic not just the car traffic, but all the chaos that we live in today, comes in this exhibition, “said David Kryemadhi, one of the participant artists.
Rezart Tozaj, another artist, has captured a disturbing phenomenon, such as that of revenge. “I have featured this issue through my picture entitled” Cradle “. This is a shocking phenomenon in the Albanian society and still the old mentality has not been forgotten, revenge is an issue that still exists today.” The works of 22 young artists will remain on display at the FAP gallery of the Academy of Arts in Tirana until 15th of January.
